20 Years of Change and Experience

March 16-17, 2007
Harvard Law School

For twenty years, the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology has served as one of the nation's premiere forums for the scholarly exploration of issues arising at the intersection of law and technology. In celebration of the Journal's twentieth anniversary, these year's Symposium will explore two of the more challenging issues at the intersection of law and technology: the boundaries of patentable subject matter and the government's role in funding health care innovation.
