By Michelle Sohn Posthumously Conceived Twins from Michigan Seek Deceased Father’s Social Security Benefits On Thursday, the Michigan Supreme Court heard oral arguments on whether posthumously conceived twins are entitled to their father’s Social Security benefits, reports ABC News.
