Federal Election Commission (“Citizens United”), the Supreme Court nullified a major provision of campaign finance legislation.  The Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) can no longer regulate the mandated disclosure, allowable sources, or contribution limits of corporations’ independent political advocacy.
